The road to Loretta Lynn's is a long, hard fought battle, and this year some H.P. riders were in attendance fighting the fight.
Jimmy Taylor is beginning his transition to big bikes on a yz125, but will finish out this year on 85's. With some new suspension settings developed specifically for this track at freestone for this weekend, Jimmy placed himself solidly in qualification, taking home some excellent trophies. That's right, of all the 85 riders in the south central region, Jimmy is within the top 6! He even ran away with his last moto win, putting his stamp on the race letting everyone know he is here taking no prisoners!
Elleana Poulis is looking to make a statement at the nationals this year, and came out in force at freestone. Placing herself in qualification status easily, look for her assault on the nationals end of summer! Elleana battled all day with Taylor Higgons, exciting the crowd and showing some serious speed all at the same time.
